- Smoking & pets No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home. Pets are not permitted. Quiet & neighbours This is a quiet, family cul-de-sac. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM out of respect for neighbours. Utilities & cleaning Rent is all-inclusive (heat, hydro, water, wifi). Please treat the home as your own, keep it clean and tidy, and leave it in the condition you found it. A cleaning fee of $350 applies at move-out. Hot tub Use of the hot tub is entirely at your own risk. Please: shower before use; no glass in or near the tub; keep the cover on and latched when not in use to retain heat and for safety; do not adjust the temperature, chemicals, or settings. Recommended maximum soak is 15–20 minutes. Pregnant women, young children, and anyone with a heart condition, high blood pressure, or who has consumed alcohol should not use the hot tub. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Sauna Use of the sauna is entirely at your own risk. Please: keep sessions to 15–20 minutes and stay hydrated; do not place anything on or near the heater and never leave it running unattended; no loose fabrics, paper, or flammable items near the heater; turn the sauna off after each use. It is not recommended for pregnant women, young children, or anyone with a heart condition, low/high blood pressure, or who has consumed alcohol. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Liability The guest assumes all risk associated with use of the hot tub, sauna, and property amenities. The owner is not liable for injury, illness, or loss arising from their use. By booking, the guest agrees to these terms on behalf of all occupants.
